We recently announced that we were working towards adding security gate arms at the resort entrance. Those arms have been installed and will be activated on January 15, 2021. Gates are now active.
Whole owners have been issued a unique 5-digit code that can be keyed into the pad at the Guard Shack to open the entrance arm. This code should be given to your visitors and renters for entrance into the resort. We do not recommend giving your code to contractors and service providers. They should be instructed to contact the Resort Office during business hours for access on an ‘as needed’ basis. Once through the gate, all vehicles will need to visit the Resort Office to obtain a valid parking pass. Cars without valid parking passes or decals will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
In addition to the gate code, Whole owners will be issued 1) plastic key fobs which can be passed in front of the keypad to activate the entrance arm, 2) ‘repositionable’ cling parking decals, and 3) new amenity wristbands. Please come by the Front Desk to sign out your new equipment. You must exchange your hang tags and old wristbands in order to receive the new items.
Timeshare owners will be notified of the current code by the Front Desk staff during the pre-arrival call. Please make sure we have your current contact information so that we can reach you prior to your scheduled arrival date. Upon arrival to the resort, parking passes and amenity wristbands will be issued in the check-in packet, as usual. Cars without valid parking passes or decals will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
