We will look to follow CDC guidance and regulations that will include the following:
Maintain enhanced personal hygiene measures
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow (throw used tissues in the trash, follow up with hand washing).
If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Maintain approximately 6 feet distance between yourself and others.
We encourage all visiting Owners and Guests to wear a cloth mask covering the nose and mouth when coming into contact with Staff and local business employees.
Please exercise personal care when touching/handling commonly used surfaces, such as drink machines, door handles, handrails, and elevator buttons. These surfaces cannot be continuously disinfected by our staff.
Our Staff will use EPA-registered disinfectant to wipe down frequently used surfaces every hour, such as doorknobs, countertops, credit card machines, pens, keyboards, desk chair arms, copy machine and drawer handles. A Checklist will be signed off on and maintained by our Front Desk Staff.
Only one Owner/Guest allowed in the Front Desk office space at a time.
Please abide by our 6ft distancing lines while waiting your turn to enter the Front Desk office space.
Please make use of provided hand sanitizer before and after handling anything from Staff.
Maintenance services will be limited to major appliance failures, plumbing or electrical issues, or emergency situations that could negatively affect your health and safety, or the structure of the unit.
North Carolina Executive Order 141, Phase 2 restrictions as of May 20, 2020 dictate that commercial recreation facilities may open at 50% capacity. Those making use of the pools are encouraged to maintain social distancing and good hygiene practices while in those areas. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration as we strive to offer fair amenity access to all those who want to enjoy the facilities.
State guidelines are encouraged to be followed in regards to the maximum number of people allowed to gather, specifically while using the Resort’s amenities, including outdoor grills, putt-putt, bowling alley, the gazebo, tennis and basketball courts.
